Yogic Veg. Meals : We provide Yogic meals, you can enjoy some great meals prepared in Indian as well as Western style. Food is prepared by trained professional chefs to ensure quality. We provide four free of cost meals to students, breakfast, lunch, high tea and dinner are provided by the ashram.

Free Study Material : Books, Study Materials and your personal notebook will be there to guide you forever. We provide a power-packed study material to ensure great learning.

Free Camping Trip : Live closer to nature, we provide the students a chance to live out in the wild and enjoy nature.

Free River Rafting : A river rafting session would be arranged in the middle of the program to make sure they get out their intensive learning schedule and enjoy Rishikesh.

Traditional Ashram : Living in traditional Indian Ashram is a lifetime experience. Avdhoot ashram is an amazing place to live.

Travel & Transits

Our hospitality team provides free of cost pick and drop facility from New Delhi, Rishikesh, Haridwar and Dehradun transit.

Dedicated Tour Manager : A dedicated tour manager will be appointed to make sure that the students have a great stay and a comfortable travel.

However, the students should note that

1. The free travel is provided in groups and the students are required to share itinerary at least a week before the date of commencement of the program.

2. The pickups are arranged at max. three days prior to the scheduled program, students arriving early can be given free pickup facility as per the availability of transportation and the number of students.

3. In order to move students in groups, students arriving at a difference of 6 hours will be clubbed together in a single vehicle. Students arriving early will have to wait for other students in their group. The details of other students in the group will be shared well in advance to help students be aware of the travel plan.

4. Students will be clubbed in a similar fashion while the drop off at the end of the program.

The 15 days yoga & meditation retreat is specially designed program for people who want to learn basic Yoga skills. Program starts with basic yoga forms like breathing exercises, joint exercises and other relaxation exercises. Later, students are taught a basic yoga sequence and how to meditate and take control over their minds. These routines are perfected and students are given notes using which they can practice on their own, without any professional assistance. The programs aims at teaching, the basics of yoga and meditation techniques that an individual should know while practicing yoga or meditating.
